Let's rip the bandaid off quickly: your password is not recoverable.

As outlined in the registration process, your account password is not stored in a way that is recoverable, as your master password is critical in the creation of the encryption used to secure your ECC ID. If we were able to access your password - for whatever reason - that would mean that your addresses would not be secure. While ECC understands that losing your password can be frustrating, it is critical that ECC not have access to all the information used in the encryption process. This ensures that we can maintain our promise of promviding state-of-the-art zero knowledge encryption.
